Dear Experts We have a metallizer machine , in this machine in vacuum chamber we have an axis control by a 0.59KW servo and a S110 (6SL3040-0JA01_0AA01) motor module , sometimes it gives us this fault sequence : 30001:power unit over current (fault cause : 11bin ) 7490 : EPOS : Enable signal withdrawn while traversing 30021:Power unit ground fault(0) we changed the power and drive click cable , but after 1 week again the same problem , and this fault always happen in vacuum and when the machine is open we test it a bout 30 time but every thing was right , and I want to know if we have a current leakage from other part of the machine on this motor , can this make the problem for us? with the best wishes

Of course it does ! The F30001 and F30021 fit nicely those circumstances, I believe. Your message isn't clear in terms if it's used a servo motor which was specially designed for vacuum environment and certain vacuum class. Anyway some words on that matter:Electric motors are used in vacuum, they have to be temperature -resistant and largely free of adhesives. So I would say that outgassing might play a nasty joke on the servo motor. Also find in the attachment some more info on that matter. Msorich Attachmentinfluence.pdf (326 Downloads) |
