I have install tia portal v13 in windows 8 , and when i went to make connection between s7-1212c and pc by click in [ go online ] it shows that '' faile to etablish a connection to the device with....

, the connection  to the target module cannot be establish ''.

-and when i go to [accessible device ] i find '' unspecified CPU 300 

-can you help me .

i tray to add new subnet and i change IP address.

this is ok.

You have running PLCSIM for S7-300 in the background!

So your interfaces are set to PLCSIM and you must change it to make connection to some other Devices.

Please Stop and exit PLCSIM and then try to connect to the S7-1200.

maybe for first:

1. what is your TIA v13 full version? With some SP and Updates?

2. you want connect to real or simulated S7-1200? Sry but from your post this is not clear to me.

3. if your info is about some S7-300 detection, you probbaly have some other devices on network/HW configuration. Pls send clear info what you've configured in HW and Network.

Make some screenshots and zip them, attach zip file here. After that maybe other users can better help you...
