There is a problem when I want to download to op7. 

I used serial cable with correct pinout according to 

op7 manual and used a RS232/USB convertor for

connecting to PC. But when I want download source program

to op7 , I have error in the protool. Error E4027 synchronization faulty. No communication to op. 

RS232 to USB convertor driver is installed too , and I used port COM1 and boudrate 9600 in the protool and device manager (windows). 

Please help. Why I have error????!!!!

Is the OP7 in download mode?
What message do you see on the OP7?

Why are you not continuing on one of the multiple topics you have created since 26 October about the same issue?

OP7 is factory reset. That is empty. Then that show the below message:

”Ready to transfer”

I know that’s mean op7 is in download mode.

my pc has not serial port. Then I used of serial to Usb convertor.

Can you check in configuration screen > system > device manager > ports

To which COM port is your USB-Serial convertor connected ? It should be COM1 or COM2

What are the settings of this COM port ?

Yes. I used COM1 and COM 2. I tested both of them

but not working.

Yes, I think It’s not working by usb serial convertor according your links. 

I’m going to use another pc with serial port.

Is it possible to upload some printscreens of the port settings from Windows configuration panel?
I'm not talking about download preferences in Protool, WinCC flexible.

Although FAQ ID15178263 states that it is not possible. It is possible but you need to check port settings in Windows
