Is it possible to upload some printscreens of the port settings from Windows configuration panel?
I'm not talking about download preferences in Protool, WinCC flexible.

Although FAQ ID15178263 states that it is not possible. It is possible but you need to check port settings in Windows

this is windows port setting. 

The User BeVee means this (see attachment):

The port settings can you see under the properties of the com port.

Your USB serial convertor is indeed connected to COM1. So select COM1 in Protool Download Preferences.

Some more things:

It doesn't work with high speed USB ports.(USB2 or USB3)

Maximum baudrate is 9600 for OP7

thanks for your information. After that I couldn’t connect to op7 for downloading

by usb/serial Adapter then I used a pc with serial port, but I can not download 

to op7 yet . No connection to the OP7. E4207 : synchronization faulty. 

I checked cable over and over by contiunity check between pins. 

OP7                         PC

15 pin male             9pin female

3                               3

4                                2

12 GNd.                      5 

Boudrate two side is 9600. I use port COM1. 

What is the problem?

 When I wnat to download from protool , op display protocol Error 0003.

protool display no connection to op.
