Getting output from FB286 both "Done" bit & 'fault' bit

 Hi ,

I am using SINA_PARA FB for absolute calibration of motor encoder.

I am giving ,My hardware id of telegram 111 correctly , but i am doubt full in axis number of Siemens s120 (CU320) . I am getting output from FB286 both "Done" bit & 'fault' bit .

I have attached image of my configuration along with used fb.

Please suggest how to solve problem.

it should be possible to have several instances of the SINA_PARA FB (e.g. one instance for each drive as you said).

How did you configure the FB? There are some things that can go wrong, e.g.:

-"Start" input is not 1 until the request is done (you need to keep a 1 signal at this input until the FB gives the feedback Done or Error)

-setting the "AxisNo" input correctly -> here you need to be careful which Number your axis on the device has (for G120 drives for example it is always No. "1", for S120 it is another number, for V90 it is often No. "2")

-setting the "hardwareID" input correctly -> this should be the HW ID of the telegram to your drive. Please look in the PLC system constants to find the correct HW ID of the telegram.

-set the "sxParameter" data in the instance DB correctly as shown in the documentation of the lib

Ok got it. Now working correctly. Problem facing Due to incorrect axis number.
