GM150, drive trip under voltage

I have Sinamcs Drive GM150  rotating a fan it's motor is 2150 kw ,many times the drive trip Vdc under voltage although there is no actual under voltage occur , 

We activate parameter P1240 : 2  

the drive is fed from transformer 11/3.3 kv 

Motor data is 2180kw ,465 A, 995 RPM ,Torque :20924 NM , 1.7KV

Please i need support, or guide to check any thing

How did you eventually solve this issue with F30003 in GM150?

We are having the same problem and the input voltage is ok.
