Hi, What was the installation order? You didn't happen to install Flexible after WinCC, did you? 'Cause Flexible can cause problems to a WinCC installation... you should read this. The logs are in the Diagnose folder. "...\WinCC\Diagnose" Best regards, Danielle |

Hi, Didi you follow the instructions from that link? To resolve it I put in the WinCC CD and installed one component of it - doesn't matter which one, any will do. This then installs the common drivers for WinCC again which made it start working again. · Ok, firstly check your products are compatible using this FAQ · Ensure that the Windows Firewall is disabled. · Ensure you are not logged onto a domain when installing. · If Hyperthreading is available then you should disable it in the BIOS · Disable / uninstall any anti-virus software while installing If that doesn't work I'm affarid I can only think of a clean unistall / reinstall for WinCC... Best regards, Danielle |
