BjörnGBG Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	I need a GSD-file (atleast i think) for an old ethernetmodule. I am trying out TIA portal V11 and i cant find the module in the hw-tree. Is there a way of retreaving the information from an older S7? Best Regards Björn

Nothiing to do with Ethernet modules or Hardware Support Packs (HSPs), which is waht you need to integrate new hardware into a Step 7 confoiguration. Now, you do not mention the model number of your Ethernet module, and that makes it difficult to give you a straight answer. There are cases where TIA Portal cannot integrate a module that is too old, which would mean buying a supported model. Tomax Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello. Well, i have a complete installation working. But my PG don't recognise the CP343-1 ADVANCED N°: 6GK7343-1GX31-0XE0. When i'm open the source program i have a harware fault because i have 6GK7343-1GX30-0XE0 on my HW CONFIG. A freind said me it's the same but I'll want's to have to correct true config befaore making any program modifiactions. Pleaseis somebody can said to me where to find the file to correct my problem? It's not a GSD file sure but may be matrial update on Step 7 SIMATIC MANAGER V5.5 SP2.. Thank's for you answer. Have a good day. Tomax.
