Navnag Platinum Expert Joined: 11/21/2007 Last visit: 3/16/2025 Posts: 2326 Rating: (309)	Hello Where can I download the Hardware update / GSD file for DP/AS interface module : 6GK1 415–2AA10. I am not able to locate the same in STEP7 hardware list even after performing a hardware update. Also the link in the manual of the unit : http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/113250 provides GSD files of version of 6GK1 415-2AA01 only. Although I am able to communicate with the module using the device definition of -2AA01 module, I do do not know if it leads to any incompatibilities. Thanks Navnag

J_Bell Posts: 5822 Rating: (412)	Dear Navnag, if you read the delivery release of the Gateway: Delivery release: DP/AS-Interface Link 20E acc. to AS-i V3.0 (6GK1 415-2AA10) you will find the following information: In STEP 7 HWConfig via the hardware catalog entry "DP/AS-i Link 20E Product Version 3" or in third-party systems via the GSD files for 6GK1415 2AA01. (The fourth output of an A/B slave with 4DI/4DO can only be addressed via the GSD file under STEP7 V5.4 SP4.) Best regards J_Bell
