Could you explain what exactly your situation is, and what you want to do with this file?

A GSD file contains information for a Profibus-DP master (or Profinet IO controller) to integrate a Profibus slave or Profinet IO device in its configuration.

As such, the ET 200S module you show would be part the ET 200S IM 151-1 interface module, for example, which you can find here:

However that file is only useful to integrate the ET 200S in the configuration of a 3rd-party Profibus master. For a S7 CPU, it should already be part of the Profibus catalog of Step 7 (Classic or TIA Portal).

For some reason, I do not believe that you are really in need of a GSD file. Again, please explain you situation more clearly.

i would like to use in a ET200S, a output card, the siemens ref is "6ES7 132-4DB01-0AA0",. But this product is stopped by siemens in 2010 and i don't find it in hardware catalog.

So i would like  to know if its possible to find the "gsd" file for this product online.
