ther imported GSD is located in the HW Catalog in Addition Field Devices.

you can look if Schneider have a command library for Step7 so that you can use this blocks, or you must write it by yourself.

In the Step7 blocks no predefined commands for that available!

KOP FUP AWL STL use the language you like and know

check which protokoll is used for schneider, which telegrams can be used

read the Schneider manual which signals are used in the telegrams 

then you can use direct access to the I/O address you configured or you use some SFC like DPRD_DAT or DPWR_DAT
