in similar case ,i use an digital intstument from Omron ,that have the posibility to receice and filter the singal from load cell-s ,and is full programiable for the outpout. at the same time is also a display,and i have used until now ,in more than 50 packing machines check the manual. I have also used such a module (this one: http://www.pgmavridis.com/english/weighm1.htm) There is nothing nothing strange with those modules. But i wonder how does the output signal of the loadcell (max 2mV/V --> 0-10mV or 0-20mV) arrive to the module without disturbances. I was supprised from that fact. |
