Hardcopy in Client-Server

There are printers on each client in the system. A project contains button referencing "PrtScr.exe".Can that button initiate printing on client printer, or there's some specialway ofmaking hardcopies insuch configuration? What is the standardbehaviour?
The thing is, when I press that button on a client, nothing happens. When I do so on server, unhandledexception fires saying that the wrong memory address was referred to. As I understand this is kind of OS problem, and if I manage to fix it, what should I expect for my printing?
Software is
WinCC SP2 hf2
WinXP clients
Win 2000 Advanced Server SP4 on server.
