Hi!

Please help me to solve problem with licence to Hardnet-IE

Our system is based on:

1. SW is PCS7 v8.1

2. HW level  is PLC S7 410-5H (2CPU)

3. HMI level is redanduncy server (each has CP1623)

We buy licence which was recommended by Siemens:

Simatic NET HARDNET-IE S7 REDCONNECT power Pack V13 SP1 (6GK1716-0HB13-0AC0)

In licence manager this licence is active

After installation and creating fault-tolerance connection we get warning:

" Caution: you do not have a licence  You obtain your licence for our product "

PLEASE SEE PICTURE

Please could you explain what is the reason of mismatches of Licence?

you installed V12.0 and your license is for V13.0

these are 2 different products.

_sorry I´m not PCS7 Specialist but work with WinCC.

So which winCC Version is exactly included in this PCS7 Version?

If Siemens recommended this License in Presales Support or Sales contact then you should ask them what they think...
