Hardware Download Problem

ahalilbeyoglu Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hello Everyone, I have a hardware downloadproblem with Simatic Manager. In the hardware I have many I/O modules and also two Simotion CPUs. One of them is Simotion D445 and the other is Simotion D425. I upload the program by opening a blank project and selecting Upload Station to PG from the CPU 424-2DP and then I press on the download button without no change but it gives an error "The slave C2xx/P3xx/D4xx ISlave in the DP master system Profibus DP Machine: DP master system (1) does not contain an assignment of the logical master/slave addresses." If I remove the station boxes of these two simotion CPU the error does not occur. You can see the screenshots from the attachemets. What can I do to solve this issue? What is the problem. The configuration inside the CPU is not correct? How can I add an assignment of logical master/slave addresses? Attachment Hardware.zip (428 Downloads)

When you upload the station toa blank project the partner for the I/O connection is missing and the assigment for the MS-adresses can't be created. You should upload the configuration with a configured S7-400 station, show in picture Hardware_07 and in this project you can do the Upload. or 1.) upload the S7-400 to a new blank project 2.) save (don't "save and compile") the uploaded station, close the project 3.) Upload the first SIMOTION to a new station in the same project 4.) save (don't "save and compile") the uploaded station, close the project 5.) Upload the second SIMOTION to a new station in the same project 6.) Compile all Regards Christoph
