Hardware error on S7-1200-CPU1212C

Hi. I try to used one old CPU1212C (alone) and have one error (blinking red). I have updgraded firmware without sucess and have diagnostic message below.:

During the system process image update, a new error has occurred leading to the adaptation of the process image update list.
Possible causes:
The hardware configuration is incorrect.
A module is not inserted or is defective.
Resolution:
Check the hardware configuration and insert or replace components, if necessary.

I have send diagnostic rapport. Is-it definitively out or is threr somethings to do to solve this ?

Finaly I have solved my problem by a complete factory setting operation.
