Hardware S7-1215C error with a module SM 1281 V3.0.0

I have a SM 1281 module with V3.0.0 firmware and my project doesn't work with one (CPU 1215C DC/DC/DC FW V 4.2.1).As a basic I'm use follow project "109480750_CMS_SM1281_RMS_PROJ_TIAV14_V20".It's project have HSP 0113 V2.0. Were can I find HSP description for SM 1281 version 3 and new library LSM (TIA Portal V14).

I think a module SM 1281 Condition Monitoring AI 4xVIB/DI 1xRPM have new version of firmware (v3.0.0) I can't find a new description of this module (HSP).
