Hart Analog Input with S7-300

belbra Experienced Member Joined: 1/8/2009 Last visit: 1/20/2025 Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Dear friends, I have a hart analog input 331-7TF01 in ET200M (153-2BA02) and CPU 315-2DP (old one). I can configure and load the hardware without problem but when I try to read the address (L PIW256), the CPU goes to stop. Can anyone help me?

Synchronous errors") the CPU doesn't go to Stop. The module was parametrized as 4 wire, the current (4...20mA) flows, but I can't read any value. Looks like the CPU doesn't recoginize only the addresses because if I take out the module, the IM153-2 and the CPU show "bus fault". Could it be incompatibility with the old CPU 315?

Are you using secondary varibles from Hart module or only the Primary variable ( 4..20 mA) ???. Find the attachment. It may help you. Regards, Attachment HartConfig.zip (376 Downloads)

Of course after you should download it to the CPU. To mention (is not important) in order to use all functionalities of that analog module the preconditions are: STEP 7 V5.4 + SP3 incl. HSP 0119 V2.0 and higher, or latest GSD file of the IM153-2 (entry ID 113498) Best regards, Hristo Mihalev
