For your information: The responsibility for development and distribution of DD files is in the scope of the manufacturers, so it is best to go to their webpages to look for them. Searching in the Yokogawa instrument website, I found this document that you might wish to look at:

The first element listed in the Pressure 9nstruments is the EJX (generic) series, so you can download the EJX_F08 zipfile (it is based on EDDL standards).

However, it seems that you cannot directly integrate a DD file from a manufacturer in PDM; devices must be integrated in the PDM Device Catalog by Siemens (or a 3rd-party). The last version I had (2005) had a Yokogawa EJX-MV (multivariable) DP transmitter integrated. Your model has been inserted in the latest version of the Device Catalog (2015):
