having uploading problem with tp700 comfort

hello;

I am working with tp700 comfort.i can download but cant upload any thing from hmi.generally upload button is off. just i can see this option "upload device as new station"  but when i click  it  this error 

appears "action canceld before upload from device" . also the format of the back up file is .brf too it means i cant back up from this hmi.what is the solution??

Hello,

you can normaly not Upload a HMI project from a panel with the engineering system!

Only if the Backtransfer is activated during download and supported from the panel.

Have you activate the Option Backtransfer in the project?

if i see this right then the comfort panel's doesn't support the function "Backtransfer"

Upload not possible with this Panel Type.

so we can not upload any thing from comfort panels !!!!!!!!
