I have a big problem :

I must use a Helmholz SAS340-2 that is a communication processor with two serial interfaces.

In the example from the manual it is wrote: use FB3 and FB2 and there we can specify the address of CP and the channel, but in my case I already have FB3 and FB2 for classic communication with CP340.

So: from where I can take this function with “channel”?.

you can use the FB2 and FB3 for the CP340 (Siemens) and by the FB2 and FB3 for SAS340-2 (Helmholz) you have to change the name of the FBs, example FB4 and FB5.

if you dont have these functions blocks I am sure you can request them by writing an email to info@helmholz.de. And as already mentioned you need to renamethe block numbers while you are usingthe same numbers already for the standardSIEMENScommunication blocks.
