Monaliza Regular Member Joined: 6/1/2009 Last visit: 1/4/2023 Posts: 27 Rating: (0)	Hi My Dears we have a FM458A with cpu 400 . we have sourse program(project source Pic),but I am not sure the last Project. 1.I know that we can not upload project from FM so how can we sure the my project is same on FM? Dose it Possible we copy project from MC521 and another MC? How ? I have PG but I cant open it ( the MC 521 error Pic) ,,,,,,,,, 2. we have a problem in our machin . there is a contact(My problem contact pic) in FB that it is forced. now we find it in FM , How can we find it? (My problem DB pic) 3. I compiled th project but this error appearace. how can i solve it?(compile error pic) all picture and more info is in attach file. Establish an online connection to the serial interface X1 on FM458 using serial cable and DUST1 protocol. Open CFC chart and go to the menu CPU-Compare. The result window will show you does your project on the PC match the project inside FM. You can only copy the binary image of MC using OmniDrive device. 2. If you want to find your contact in the FM program, try to search blocks CRV, CTV or CRV_P, СTV_P, and blocks connected to them via virtual connections or via pointer. 3. You should update your libraries using the CFC menu Options-Block Types. Select required library on the left side then pess New version.

(My problem DB pic) Somewhere in your S7-program the data is transferred from your DB to the FM (e.g with SFC 58/59) see FM458 Manual, Chapter 4.3 "Coupling to the SIMATIC S7-CPU" You have to find it and follow the signal to the FM458.

Isent you My PG information(laptop pic) .the DUST1 protocol wasnt intall .can ihelp me? In the window Install\Remove Interfaces select DUST1 on the left, then press Install, it will be installed. Then select DUST1 in the PG/PC interface.

In your first post of this thread the picture with installed software shows that you have Step7 5.3+SP1. But thetodays posted picture shows that you have Step7 5.4+SP5. So for installing DUST1 under Step7 5.4+SP5 you need to install HF3 (or higher) for D7-SYS 6.2+SP3. You may ask for it to Siemens. Or you may use higher versions of CFC (7.0 or 7.1) and D7-SYS (7.0 or 7.1) with Step7 5.4+SP5.
