Hello s27 What do you mean with SCADA? SCADA Systems in SIEMENS product portfolio are mostly PC based process control software like WinCC V7.X, WinCC Professional Runtime (TIA Portal ) or WinCC Unified PC Runtime (TIA Portal). But there are also near machine HMI like Simatic Panels or similar: https://new.siemens.com/global/en/products/automation/simatic-hmi/hmi-software.html If you know what you want/need then we can answer more detailed question.
