Hello, Kindly have a look at the following points: 1-How do you format or reset an MMC (Micro Memory Card) for SIMATIC S7-300 CPUs?It is not possible for users to format a SIMATIC Micro Memory Card (MMC). All you can do is "reset" an MMC, which deletes all user data. 2-Why is the MMC no longer recognized by SIMATIC devices after it has been formatted in a third-party device?If an MMC of the S7-300 is used for non-SIMATIC purposes or is formatted in a third-party device, then the internal structure of the MMC is overwritten and cannot be restored. In this the SIMATIC CPU no longer recognizes/accepts the MMC. It is then no longer possible to use this MMC in a SIMATIC CPU. 3-Which devices can you use to read from, write to or delete from an S7-300 MMC (Micro Memory Card) outside the CPU?The SIMATIC Micro Memory Cards (MMCs) of the S7-300 may be read or written only by the following devices outside the CPU:
