help me about this machine

i have a machine that perform different 48 function.. i made the program in s7-300 plc using Function Block each  for each function, and call all in OB. but problem is that i have to design it HMI in which 

hmi user can select different functions in different steps as per his requirement ... all the functions of each step perform simultaneously..... function using in any step can be use again in different step.

i have to operate these function in different manner using hmi...

for Eg,,

start

"step # 1

function 1, 9,15 execute.. simultaneously

step # 2 

function 2,27,13 execute simultaneously

step # 3 

function 7,12,1 simultaneously "

end

Hello,

                  Different Function Means What kind of Function..

                  In Hmi What They Are Going to perform .. I mean ( Operator Going to Send Different Values (intger) )..

                  In hmi They are Sending Values Means you can Use Recipe ..

basically it is exhaust dyeing machine. 

different function mean heating machine, cooling machine, filling machine, drain machine, colours dosing, tank filling ect.. ect..

               In ur Example you are telling operator going to select in 48 Different Function in HMI itself.

              This Selection Only On Before Process Start ??

              All Sequence Of Operation Only Selected In Before Cycle Start Pressed ??

              If Process Started Running Means , Any Fault (Or) Error (Or) Power failure  Means , What Action to Do For...?????

            And Ur Exa: Ur telling Step 1 : 1,9,15 function

                                             Step 3 : 7,12,1 Function Simultaneousuly 

        How This Action to Execuite 1 Function Simultaneously ....????

       Please Clarify this ..

from you data i came to know what you are trying to do ...

first of all tell me that sequence you want to perform is in integer form or in digital form in form of button you want .

it is simply that the hmi user can set the sequence of  functions... selection and sequence of  it is depending on hmi user..

yes before stating program the user can select and set the sequence of function that he want to perform.. if error occur hmi will indicate it. there is a continue button in hmi that will continue the program from where it stop
