Help program heater

Hi,

I´m having problem when tryin to program a LOGO!

I want to program a temperature controll for beer brewing. I have the the standard LOGO! with only digital outputs and AM2 with a PT100-sensor. It´s  gonna Control Three 2kW heaters. I want it like this:

1. Signal to I1 starts the heating. All Three heaters warms the water.

2. When temperature reaches 58 degrees only two heaters warms the water.

3. When temperature reaches 59 degress only one heater warms the water.

4. When temperature reaches 60 degress one heater keeps the temperature steady.

I can´t find wich logic function to use to turn off the elements. Also how do I set the parameters when I´m using the pt100?

Onyone that can help me?

Is it a normal AM2 or is it a AM2 RTD?

I have the 0BA6 and AM2 RTD.

Your solution looks what I am looking for. I will check it out.
