Help to choose PLC+communication module+accessories

I would like to have suggestion about the siemens devices integration for this automatio system. I am sorry if this kind of post is unappropriate for this forum. Thanks for reading. The requirements of the system is below Capability to provide the Voltage measuring range Sensors ±10V Remote control and transmission capability via internetweb browser through IP address. At-least 20 differential analogue input (Galvanicaliy isolated) with programmable measuring includes floating point math. Measuring signals (voltage, current, temperature, level etc.) 5 analogue output for Fan control. Minimum 10 relay digital outputs. Some digital inputs. (How many not decided yet, depends on the expndability of the plan). Capability of several axial fan control. Controlling several magnetic valve with certain time program Transmitting field device data (e.g. temperature of control box) with accurate measurement. PLC should have a communication feature with local and remote HMI (Human Machine Interface). Communication with other PLC’s in use if it’s necessary. Integrated real time clock should be an advantage. Remote I/O handling capability for reducing the control cost of several unit in the same place.

If you plan to integrate new automation cell to existing plant, please specify configuration you already have. Depend on this we can suggest you right solution based on distributed stations, PLCs etc. 2. If you wish to build completely new, separate automation cell, based on specification you provide I can suggest you to look at S7-300 series PLC. It is very universal, mid-size modular PLC with al option you asked available.Hereis a good starting point for S7-300. Another links: 1.Simatic brochurewith differences of PLC families. 2.Totally Intergated Automation selection tool. Hope it helps. Feel free to ask additional questions. I'm sure you'll have)

Nafiz Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hi again! I am building a toatlly new automation cell. I think Simatic S7-300 CPU 315-2 PN/DP is quite good for my system. Can you please recommend me some communication module for web server function (I hope this enables control and monitoring via internet web browser through ip address). Also is there any distributed analogue I/Os for same kind of operations and also communication medium with base CPU. I need three relay ouptu for 230V AC and three relay output for 24V DC. Which DI module shoulde I choose in the purpose. We have a complex control for a high voltage unit, for what we are using a low leakage double diode(BAV199) integrated interface board for controlling high voltage. However, web server of profinet device wil give you only limited amoun of infomation, such as preconfigured diagnostics, error messages, etc. For control and monitoring you can choose a Simatic panel or a PC with SCADA software. Depending on model they are able to communicate via ethernet of profibus. Also, choosing of HMI system depoends on task, on process, and your automation needs. For distributed IOs please refer tothis link. For high-voltage measurement and control Siemens haveadditional departments. These are separate from automation.To choose a solution you should provide more details on the task: e.g. it is substation automation, power qulity measurements, etc.
