Hi! Nothing special in your requirements, but i have few questions to ask: 1. If you plan to integrate new automation cell to existing plant, please specify configuration you already have. Depend on this we can suggest you right solution based on distributed stations, PLCs etc. 2. If you wish to build completely new, separate automation cell, based on specification you provide I can suggest you to look at S7-300 series PLC. It is very universal, mid-size modular PLC with al option you asked available.Hereis a good starting point for S7-300. Another links: 1.Simatic brochurewith differences of PLC families. Hi! You do not need any special communication module for web-server functionality. However, web server of profinet device wil give you only limited amoun of infomation, such as preconfigured diagnostics, error messages, etc. For control and monitoring you can choose a Simatic panel or a PC with SCADA software. Depending on model they are able to communicate via ethernet of profibus. Also, choosing of HMI system depoends on task, on process, and your automation needs. For distributed IOs please refer tothis link. For high-voltage measurement and control Siemens haveadditional departments. These are separate from automation.To choose a solution you should provide more details on the task: e.g. it is substation automation, power qulity measurements, etc. |
