Help with alarms in HMI

Emil747 Posts: 48 Rating: (0)	Hi I have KTP 600 basic panel. This is my first HMI that i'm programming and I wonder how I can set a bit to an alarm in the panel. When I try to set the bit to the trigger adress the TIA portal dosen't accept it? Is there any tutorial or something where I can see how I can create alarms

Take extra notice to 9.3.2.2 Configuring Alarms there is shown how toconfigure an alarm class, assign an alarm to an alarm class, configuring discrete alarms setting up alarm groups and so on... ArnoudB Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Hello, On the internet is not much information about WinCC (the newer version). But it is almost the same as previously versions. I'm not sure, but i thought it was very simple to make the tags. But the connection between PLC and WinCC was harder. When you're looking on Youtube to tutorials you will find also some information. Good luck!

Then you can use that MW to set your alarms. Kind regards, Jens
