Help with process control!

Martins_Eng Experienced Member Joined: 7/17/2010 Last visit: 2/17/2024 Posts: 184 Rating: (0)	Hello everybody I have a doubt, replace some temperature controllers and flow of the West brand, in their place I'm using a PLC S7-300 analog inputs and outputs, the detail that it seems that the process was mei out, for example the temperature process values are high despite the PID of the PLC is controlling the Temperature Range this high, but my control valve 3-way thermal oil is completely closed! Sera that the controller was giving full scale and I do not see the correct Temperature Range PLC and now is giving to visualize what actually happens.

Hello Martins_Eng, I don't understand your problem Correctly, I just understand that you have S7-300 PLC with Analog Input/Output, & your using S7 PID Block for controlling the Tempurature loop, but I don't understand your exact problem you faced.
