help with text display

First of all a few basics

The A/D converter of each analog input converts the signal from 0 to 1000 units, whether 0-10V, 0/4-20mA or PT100/1000.
If you then want to display the 0 to 1000 units as the physical measuring range of your sensor in the display, you must connect the analog input to an analog amplifier.
This parameterizes you according to the measuring range.

Example:
Analogue input 0-10V, measuring range of the sensor 0 to 150 A.

Without decimal place:
Minimum: 0
Maximum: 150
Gain: 0.15
Offset: 0
Decimal places in the message text: 0

With a decimal place:
Minimum: 0
Maximum: 1500
Gain: 1.5
Offset: 0
Decimal places in the message text: 1

But you do not get a display "0 - 150" or "0.0 to 150.0", but then only the current value is displayed.

You can read the parameters Gain and Offset of an analog amplifier behind an analogue input in the display and then change them via the display.
But you can't Change via display the sensor type and the number of decimal places.
The parameters Gain and Offset determine the measuring range to be displayed.
This means that you have to calculate gain and offset yourself each time.

You need to integrate the parameters to be changed in a message text. That have you done.

If you now want to change a parameter, you need to select the appropriate message text.
When the message text is selected, press the ESC key for longer than 2s. Then, a black bar appears in an input / output field.
With cursor up / down you can choose between several fields.
If you select the field to change, press the OK button (at TDE > Enter).
The black bar turns now in a blinking box. With cursor up / down, you can now change the value at this position, with cursor left / right to switch the position.
When you are finished with the changes, press again the OK button and you will return to the black bar.
Now you can select with the cursor up / down to another field, or press ESC to quit the operation.
