Help with triggering memory by TDE

I need to make a program that I can change the condition of an internal memory M1, M2, M3 and thus trigger some physical output from the Logo, Q1, Q2, Q3 by the TDE logo. However, I would like to know if you have any way of doing this, using the keys of C1, C2, C3 and C4 to select the memory by TDE, and so with the enter key, turn the memory on or off so that an output is triggered. I'm setting up a test screen and I don't know how to do this, without using LOGO inputs.
I ask for help with some example of how to do this to base myself on this model.

First - I want to use the flags to test the digital Inputs and 
outputs on the machine. 
I set up a program with a few pages, but before installing it on 
the machine, I thought of making a test menu to be able to view 
the operating conditions of the digital inputs and outputs. 
A test menu for maintenance only. Once inside this menu, it 
turns off the rest of the program and at this moment I can 
see how the I/Os are doing.

is working. My difficulty is in doing something where the keys 
C1, C2, C3 and C4 are used to activate for example the flags 
M1, M2, M3 and M4 so that the outputs Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4 are

Second - Why do I want to do this, without using the 
function keys? Because I will already use them to activate other 
functions, such as F1 and F4 change the screen, F2 and F3 add

"F" Keys.

I made the test program, using the C keys, but when I click on 
the keys, after downloading in LOGO, they don't work.

I thought the "C" keys would work like the "F" keys, but

the simulation, but it doesn't work when I download LOGO, 
the "C" keys don't respond when clicked. Only the "F" 
keys, but in this example I didn't put them, because 
at the moment I'm already using them for other functions.

Depend on your concept you also can multiply the function of the F-Keys. There are several ways to do this:

1. Use a hardware or software switch to differ between normal mode and service mode, then you can use F1, F2, F3, F4 for different functions, see example in attachment

2. Use a counter with F1=Up and F2=Down and select your messages separate depend on the different counter values. Then you can use the F3 and F4 key for different functions in every message. If you have only few messages, you only need 1 key to cycle your messages and have 3 keys for different functions

There are more ways possible, but i don't want to write a novel.

You can use the F keys several times for other functions. You only have to link the query of the F key to other conditions, e.g. with the currently active message text.

I understood what you meant. In this case, unfortunately I am already using F1 and F4 on these screens. F2 and F3, are already being used for other functions on these screens as well.

I had the keys with the arrows, which I want to use as if they were the F keys.

The example you sent, I was unable to turn on output Q2, how would it be? Only Q1 worked.If I understand how this works, it might already be what I need here.
