We have Pipe Mill Machine run with flying saw.

We have :

1- servomotor of 1BH8165-1JD10-2QC1

2- Simotion D425-2 DP ,

3-  ET 200S ,

4-  CUA32

5-  SMC30

3-  and Monitor of TP900 Comfort.

Our Questions:

a.  Can we control that system (Flying Saw) with these items without additional PLC?

b.  Where can we find Cables control between Encoder of Serovmotor  and CUA32 X220 , also     Cable between Monitor and D425-2 DP ?  Or , Can we make these cables ourself ?

c. Can we make all configurations by Scout Software , or Must be use Simatic Step 7 and WinCC ,...etc ?

I can tell you a little bit about my flying tube saws.

D435 would be better, but can do it in a 425.  Be very careful about your Servo and IPO clocks.  The best I can do with a 425 is 2.5msec for both while in a 435 I typically run 0.5 msec Servo and 1msec IPO.  I run all of the synchronous control logic and code in IPO Synchronous Task and the rest in background.

I assume you will be using Camming (I don't, but that seems to be the most common way).  Make sure you get the proper licenses.  You will need either CAM or GEAR for your travel control and a POS for you saw blade feed.  Your blade feed can be run in IPO2 since it's position control is very basic.

You will need WinCC for HMI (actually a Basic Panel would work fine unless you are doing a bunch of scripts).  Scout can do the rest.  I've used both Simatic Manager 5.5 and TIA to do this.

b.  Yes , i mean motor  1PH8165-1JD10-2QC1  with encoder  HTL 2048S/R. How i got on cable between encoder and CUA32  x220 port.

I have Simatic Step7 5.5 and WinCC 2008 ; i will got on Licenses.

And hope to help me to connect between all Hardware and Software to run our system.

Hope to advice me what is suitable cables between hardware devices (Cables Code).

Oh dear......

I suggest you spend a lot of time figuring out how flying saws work.  These are non-trivial and you really need to understand the physics of what you are trying to do.
