I am very happy to know that this much participant are in forum. Because,before even i didnt get any reply for post. But now its very different situation. 

I think this is an effect of premium campaign.  

I requesting to the moderator, please arrange more campaign per year, so that everyone will participate in knowledge sharing..

Actually, I have found that responses to posts have been very well received, with or without a campaign.

Possible reasons for slow response

1. Question that no one can answer or posted in the wrong forum.
2. Question that no one understands (English is probably not your first language, but if no one understands the problem, then no one can help you).
3. Question that has been answered 1000 times before if you just did a little homework.
4. Weekend when traffic is light.

Looking at your posts, you have gotten fairly quick responses.  Keep in mind that no one in this forum works for Siemens (mostly) or receives any payment for repyling to posts.

If you need urgent replies, there are other means, such as Siemens Help Lines or paying for service.

Jeff's opinion is correct, however, i've been checking some of the replies while the campaing... It is true that people is answering most post very quickly, but many.... MANY times are just an 1 line answer, that because wanna get as many points as possible... i think sometimes that is quite annoying, dont aport anything to the solution... 1 person says, for example, plz post a picture of your confing, and then 3 ppl repeat the same thing, without say anything else...

I have very few posts, is because i participate in a topic if i realy want to apport sth xD

well thats my opinion xP... in the other hand, is very good see how active (always) is the forum. i love to learn all the solution that are given here =)

I have also get useful reply without campaign, some times it little late because no one in this forum who works for Siemens or receive any payment for replying to post.so every  Pearson replay when he got spare time.

Every are here for knowledge sharing purpose so every may improve knowledge.

I dont agree with Jeff . because some questions are not answered very quickly out of champaign. If someone decide to go siemens help or paying for service. They dont need your advice.
