hidden digital outputs?

Yes, that outputs turn ON in program RUN.They command heating of forming die and sealing die.I attached 1 page of wiring diagram.

Unfortunately I haven't ProTool, but I'll try to get it.

yes, that's needed info for sure. If no traces inside code, probably only outside control of signals - OP. Try take that ProTool project. Also good info can be probably if you can look to OP panel and find maybe relevant button or other similiar function about start heating.

  shame on me... i dont read all the thread

but, as my first 2017 activity   i go to search in 31xC technical specification and I found that in 313C first 3 digital onboard output can be used either as standard do (controlled by user program) or counter output (see attachment).

In our case :

• Q124.0 is controlled with SFB47 in FC102N.12 (channel0). 
• Q124.1 is controlled with SFB49 in FC100N.27 (channel1).
• Q124.2 is controlled with SFB49 in FC101N.27 (channel2).
