I have a similar problem... In FW 3, my high speed counters were working perfectly but when I switched to FW 4 of S7-1200 my HSC are not working at all. Read different posts so I guess my problem is related to Input Filter which is by default set to 6.3 milli sec in TIA v13. How to find Correct Input Filter for my program..? Device through which I am recording the pulses is Signal board DI4 x 5VDC / 200 kHz SINK/SOURCE. Since it is of 200kHz that means Input Filter = 1/200000 seconds = 0.000005 seconds = 5 microseconds... But this option is not on the list... Any pointers will be highly appreciated..

In my case it did not work. So I started to lower the input filters, and it worked with 0.2 millisec. |
