High Speed Inputs

freestuff Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hi all, sorry for such a basic question but I'm finding all sorts of conflicting information. I've a 24rc (AC/AD) model number 6ED1 052-1HB00-0BA6, does this model have high speed inputs on I3,4,5+6? I've so far found tech docs which say no 0BA6's have high speed inputs, docs which say all 0BA6's have high speed inputs and a very knowledgeable post here which says the AC/DC 24RC has no high speed inputs. Which is correct? free

Wow, I never thought I'd be faced with so many obscure choices, I can't even work out which model does what. My project is to log a speed sensor (Hall effect) and a temperature sensor (PT100,) I've already ordered an RTD module and I have a Sitop power supply, which Logo would be the best bet? Should also add that the built in display would be handy and I'll probably use it for switching a 240v supply. free

Marcjan Platinum Member Joined: 4/22/2010 Last visit: 11/18/2024 Posts: 5697 Rating: (715)	Hello, You need highspeed inputs, that leaves the 6ED1052-1CC01-0BA6 LOGO! 24C, 8DI(4AI)/4DO, 200 BLOCKS and 6ED1052-1MD00-0BA6 LOGO! 12/24RC, 8DI(4AI)/4DO, 200 BLOCKS With first one you need external relais to control 230V outputs, with 2nd one the buildin relais can handle loads (resistive) up to 10 A. My advice is always use external relais to switch that kind of load, easyr to replace if relais is broken.
