high temperature on motor 1fk7083-5af71-ug3-z

have motor 1fk7083-5af71-ug3-z connected  to driver SINAMICS S120

when it run there is high temperature i used starter software to monitoring i see   ampere  is normal

i hope anyone can help me to solve this problem

However, how you measure the motor temperature, on starter parameter value or did you get any alarm message? Have you confirmed/measured/sensed the actual motor body temp? If yes how much is it?

i measure the motor temperature by starter software and use infrared sensor  the temperature more than 100 c 

As per attachment, in starter temp. displayed is 98.6 & actual recorded with infrared sesor is 100. So there is not much difference.

Moreover, how much is the current drawn by motor? Is it spindle motor? Does it starts-stops frequently?

Please check.
