HMI: Can download but not run simulation

michael.d.l Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	To support a customer i make a vpn connection to the site. I can go online to my plc and make any modifications without problems. I'm able to make modifications to my hmi and then load the changes to the hmi. But i can not run a hmi simulation to see excactely the same like the customer (i can run it but it's seems there is no connection to the plc). The ip-adresses of the plc system is completely different from my local computer. Everytime a want to go online TIA give me a notification: something like adding the ip adress to the same subnet. I confirm this and then i get an error: Adding new IP adress failed. Although through this error i'm able to do make modifcations to my plc and hmi. Any idea how to make it possible to run my simulation?

K!ke What do you mean with "how is the pg/pc interface of the customer set?"? Do you mean the settings of my pg/pc interface? The plc i'm using is a CPU 1214C and the hmi is an TP900 Comfort
