Hi.. My KTP 600 Monochromatics are getting damagedin some caseswhile downloading program to them if the power gets OFF while updating OS.I have uploaded damaged KTPs .Would i be able to retrieve them ? Thanks AttachmentKTP.zip (40 Downloads) |

HiUMENCHO I have gone all through the thread but may be my problem is exception. By following the procedure said i only get the message as in screenshot .No IP or MAC issue i checked .Also i have followed correct procedure regarding power OFF and ON while resetting to factory settings (OS UPDATE). THanks |

You can try withSupport Requestbut most probably you should send the panel for repaire... Best regards, Hristo Mihalev
