HMI don't connect to PLC

I have a project in tia portal v.13 infact plc program in the plc and hmi is keb. i want use siemens hmi parallel. i add hmi in the hardware configuration but hmi dont connect to plc. please help me for solution this problem. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from upload device with different version of TIA.
