Becouse now I undestand you like this: you start simulation of your HMI and buttons not work yes? don't forget if you start HMI simuliation you need start PLC simuliation also. Or PLC must be connected to your pc and then start HMI simuliation.

The warnings state that there is a problem with Tag_1 to Tag_6 in OB1. Can you open OB1 and show us where these tags are defined, and how they are used? Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier
