I was wondering if there is a way to change the IP address of the HMI in TIA v15.1 using script? ( I don't mean changeconnection as this only changes the connection IP address and not the HMI IP address.

I am hoping to change the IP address of the x3 port on TP1500 comfort panel which has redundant connection to S7-400 PLC. The issue is that the IP address of each CPU are on different networks. I will need to change the IP address to match each network when the connected CPU fails.

do you know "SIMATIC HMI Option+"?
I remember, that there is a function which allows you to switch IP address from within runtime.
You can specify the tags in which you want to store your IP address, so, yes you should be able to change it from script.

If you have not found the Option+ for V15.0 yet, I would suggest to ask your sales contact at Siemens and ask them for it.
