Mr. V can you please eloborate how to configure that ethernet switch in PLC of any screenshot you provide that will be good for us. because i'm also facing this problem in one of my project... if i'm connecting S71200 1215c with HMI directly by ethernet cable hmi is communicating but if i connect ethernet switch in between hmi is not able to communicate with PLC... let me tell you HMI is a 3rd party' device not of seimens.... please clear my doubt . thanks in advance.

First of all disconnect switch and connect PLC>>HMI straight and see or connection goes from PLC to HMI. If yes then problem will be with switch and you need configure it or in PLC properties check USE Router and enter router address

Split from HMI doesn't fetch data from plc.

pls share the detail of ethernet switch device,

basically, if used it as switch it will connect without any configuration, but if used as router, probably need to configure it as Mr.V mentioned.
