Dear Friends, In project of CPU 315-2 PN/DP. Network Has Total 69 Nodes including 4 Number of HMI (KTP-1000), as to have healthy communication we put 3-Repeaters in series after certain nodes , Network Has profibus DP protocol & 187.5 Kbps speed, same setting has been done for HMI. Problem is HMI communicate with CPU (Real tag Shows 0.0 in IO field & connction established appear in message window) but further it doent exchnange data with CPU.

HelloMayyu, Is it the same on the 4 HMIs? Do you see it dimmed or just displaying 0.0? Is it an output or input IO field? If it's an output field, can you try an input field and write something to PLC? Do you see a different value in variable table? Can you connect your PG at the HMI side and try to detect the CPU? HelloMayyu, I can't open your CFG file. Maybe you should make your projectlanguage neutral. You are right. You should have no problem at 187.5 Kb/s. I have a feeling that it's something in you panel program. maybe you are trying to access a different tag than what you are monitoring. If there's no communication between HMI and PLC you should have either ### or a dimmed IO field but not a healthy 00.0. Can you define a new tag (e.g. MD50) and try to write something in this tag from HMI and monitor it from VAT? Anyhow, to make sure communication is OK at this spot, try to connect your PG at the HMI segment and try to detect all nodes.
