when looking at the KTP900 Basic datasheet it says that the smart@server capability it's possible under WinCC Tia Portal V14 or higher. Does this mean that the feature is embedded in the terminal but it can only be configured through Tia Portal v14? The license to be purchased and to be sent to the terminal is the same as in the HMI Comfort terminals (6AV2107-0CP00-0BB0) ?

Yes, it is possible if you use WinCC V14 or higher.
