HMI Lost Connection and connect again after switch off

Dear All,

As, I mention above I have a Siemens plc ( CPU S-318 ) and it was working with the HMI smoothly

one day the management I'm my company before i join the company request a user program and data project by assistance from another company they are specialist in PLC programming I was with the programmer and he try to connect his laptop to this CPU but he couldn't upload anything from it

so, he remove the MPI connector from the plc and connect direct after he finish and return everything when the production start to produce there is no communication with the HMI all value become ####

we turn off the HMI but same working for 10 Min and again ### and give massage ( value not written to plc ) also no connection to plc error 0x80000104

after i suffering with this 3 days of on and off i replaced the HMI with new one and the connector from plc side but sometime this again happened mostly 2 times at lest per a day

also i check the addresses if duplicated but no everything good no error in plc nothing

Any solve for this problem Please

acutely still no change the MPI cable between the HMI and the PLC also the connector on the HMI on the end the PLC
