Hello AutoGen_405949, see here for information: SIMATIC HMI Panel PC Ex/Thin Client Ex, Zone 1 SIMATIC HMI Panel PC Ex/Thin Client Ex, Zone 2 see chapter 7 - power supply, chapter 10.1 Installation and operation According ethernet cable the manual says: "Which cable cross sections are chosen should be decided on the basis of relevant regulations, such as DIN VDE 0298. Factors that might require a larger cross section, such as current, increased temperatures, cable bundling, etc. must also be taken into account !" regards |

From The manual Ch-7, "Copper wires with cross sections of betwee 0.2 mm² (AWG 24) and 1.5 mm² (AWG 14) may be connected to any of the terminals of the operator interfaces." Is that mean I can use normal 24VDC supply for the HMI Panel PC or Not? For the Ethernetconnection also same thing also applicable, is that means i can useCAT5 / CAT6 cable for that? Also provide me the Reader interface connection detail(Port X8) |
