When i was trying to use this new tool this error was shown. I don't know how this tool works and what i need to do. Can someone explain what should i do, what do download, how fixed this problem? Right now i cannot download panel images for Tia V18 because is deasapered. Only this tool i can download HMI_PIU_Installer_1.0.0.0. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Have user serwis (I think) login to the PC locally one time so the working directory referenced during the install exists. NOTE: this is just a guess - educated guess, but still a guess.

Hi Nexler JR, A few days ago the HMI Panel Image Updater (PIU) V2.0 was released. It is available in the Image Download entry. It comes with some improvements to the setup routine. Kind regards |
