HMI Programming Software

Hi everyone, 

I have purchased a siemens tp177a HMI (6AV6 642-0AA11-0AX1). Can I use any of the following software to configure the device with a S7-300 PLC:

-WinCC Flexible 2008 with step7 Professional V5.5 (6AV6611-0AA51-3CA5)? 

-Is there any other versions of WinCC Flexible I can use alongside Step7 Professional V5.5?

-Step 7 TIA Portal Professional V13 SP1 (Does this TIA package include the WinCC to configure this HMI)?

I assume WinCC flexible compact 2008 is counted as higher than WinCC flexible compact 2004?

In other words it should work then for me.
