Hi all,

I am using Tia portal V13 to start work with this KTP400 basic color panel (Model: 6AV2 123-2DB03-0Ax0), it can be online but I had a trouble when transfer project to this HMI.  It come out the error as shown in picture attached. Can anyone please guide me on this issue? Please. Please Please.

N.B some articles clarifies error 0x7e which was mentioned in your attachment is going through incompatible windows for some apps or crash or corrupt in a certain program which is called in the same message and I recommend the second possible cause.

The corruption may be caused by viruses or others, Just review this link as generally causes

The best solution now is to close proSave program as it may cause this message if you have the program itself !
If the program is installed particularly as a component of TIA, try to remove it from scratch and reinstall it after then from your TIA install icon as you must make sure of TIA and all of its components to get the best performance.
